Episode 20 Speculation
The new group has formed with All Might, Endeavor, Hawks, Best Jeanist, and Deku to take out All For One, and we will likely see them start making a plan to find his actual body as well as Shigaraki first.
We may also see the rest of the Hero Association’s reaction to Deku leaving the U.A. forever, and it will not be a good one. Especially Bakugo and Uraraka will be very angry and probably try and find Deku on their own.

Recap of Episode 19
Deku leaves a note for everyone he knows, revealing the secret of his power and where he got it from as a final parting message before he leaves the academia and takes matters into his own hands.
The city is in a completely broken state as the roads are filled with cracks and buildings are half shattered; the remaining heroes try and help the survivors of the attack, but the population continues to be against the Hero Association.
The Association has lost the trust of its people, and they begin to refuse to accept their help entirely, and some even refuse to evacuate the area. One of the jailbreakers reaches the place and launches an attack.
Deku manages to reach right in time as he gets a rematch with Muscular, the villain that drove him to near death and forced him to go beyond his abilities. He uses Smokescreen as well as the quirks of all the other successors to evade Muscular’s attacks.
He tries to interrogate the location of Shigaraki, but Muscular wants to fight and take revenge. Deku uses a Detroit Smash and takes him out with a single punch, showing how much he’s grown over the years.
He meets up with All Might and takes a report on how the battle went and any injuries sustained, but none. Deku has refused to go back to U.A. since he would put everyone he loves in danger yet again.
He needs to get stronger by himself and take Shigaraki on without putting anyone else in danger, and All Might says that he would help him too. Gran Torino is in critical condition but manages to give some advice to Deku.
Endeavor, Hawks, Best Jeanist, All Might, and Deku form a new team to stop All For One and prevent any further casualties.
