Toga and Uraraka’s long-awaited fight finally happens in chapter 391 of My Hero Academia, titled “The World She Rejected.”

Filled with a mix of rage, love, and confusion that overpowers everything else, Toga stays atop the Sad Man’s Parade, searching for any presence of Toya. However, as she assumes, she is not alone, and Uraraka finds her main body and tries to talk.

Chapter 392 of My Hero Academia, titled ‘Villain Name,’ starts off with Tsuyu tied up and unable to break free due to her injury. Uraraka shouts her name, and Toga screams and tells her that she is like this because she was born with an easy life, unlike Toga.

Then the manga shows a flashback, and we see Toga’s parents accusing her of killing a bird and drinking its blood, but she denies it, and regardless, she was taken to counseling. Then we start to look at things from Toga’s perspective as she explores different kinds of love in a park.

Another incident that is shown is when she kisses a friend’s bruise, and his parents accuse her of drinking his blood. Toga’s parents scream and tell her that they gave birth to a monster.

The manga then again returns to the present, and we see that this is the reason she put on a mask and turned into someone she is not. Ochako pulls Toga with her wire, and Jirou arrives on the scene to catch Tsuyu.

Kamui senses that it could be a clone of Tsuyu and warns Jirou and Uraraka that she might not be real, as the clone is about to attack them. Kamui instantly destroys it. In defense, Toga starts to make more clones of Jirou and Uraraka from the blood that is spilled on the battlefield.

Tsuyu is surrounded by clones, but she says to Toga that Ochako is breaking the rules for her. Toga at least hears what she has to say once. On the next page, we see Ochako getting stabbed in the stomach. As she is stabbed, Ochako coughs blood, and Toga says that they are fundamentally different.

Toga says that she cannot feel joy like others. The last panel shows a flashback where Twice asks Toga if she will not pick a villain name for herself.

Uraraka has finally caught the main body of Toga within the Sad Man’s Parade and will be able to fight or talk to her directly for once. She has infuriated Toga beyond words, so the speaking part will likely not work anytime soon, and she will be focused more on murdering Uraraka right now.

A battle is unavoidable at this point of the war, and Toga has already lost control of her emotions and will try her best to kill Uraraka. It’s only a question of how long Uraraka can endure her attacks and continue talking until Toga finally listens to her and actually calms down.

The Sad Man’s Parade continues endlessly as Toga’s clones spread without slowing down. Pixie-Bob tries to use her quirk and stop the reproduction but is overwhelmed by the number of clones that drown her entirely.

The time she can continue cloning depends on how much blood she has, but no one knows how much she may have in stock. If the heroes mess up even once, the ocean of clones will thoroughly wash them over, and the current state of most of the heroes is highly vulnerable.

Uraraka launches from the colossal pile trying to kill her, and she spots the main body and catches it with her rope, propelling herself using Zero Gravity Space Walk. She shouts at her that her views have changed a lot since the last time they spoke, and she starts apologizing.

After seeing Toga’s tears, Uraraka somewhat understands her feelings and tells her what she thinks. The actual reason she can’t use the full extent of Twice’s power is not that she doesn’t love him but because she’s mixed her feelings with murderous intent and diluted the pure love she felt once before.
