Tokoyami gets his time in the spotlight in chapter 381 of My Hero Academia, titled “Darkness.”

As All For One fends off Endeavor and Hawks easily, the new reinforcements finally force him to up his game and battle them at full strength. However, it may also prove troublesome as more surprise attacks appear.

The darkness surrounding the scene empowers Tokoyami to use his full-strength Dark Shadow from his blind spot and land a clean hit on All For One.

1. Chapter 382 Raw Scans, Leaks

The raw scans for chapter 382 of My Hero Academia are out. The spoilers show that the title is named “I Won’t Let You Get Away!!”

Hawks and All For One realize that the situation isn’t as bad for them since Toga hasn’t used her full powers yet. She starts cloning Shigaraki, Dabi, and AFO immediately. However, Shigaraki’s clone can’t use Decay. Tsuyu says that if Toga transformed into the other league members at the start and made clones of them, things would be over already.

The condition behind Toga’s clones must be about using the quirks of the people she loves. She might not love the league members enough, so she can’t make the clones use the quirks like Twice.

It is proved since Toga feels unwell and confesses that she does love Toya and Tomura, but she can’t use their powers. She had tested it beforehand, but she had hoped that things would change. She cries, saying that she can’t fully become Jin.

Next comes a double-page spread of speech bubbles saying, “exterminate all the heroes.” The next double page shows Ochako fighting the Twice clones. She thinks to herself that she always loves seeing people happy and can’t ignore Toga’s tears. She looks at Toga, who is crying while transformed into Twice.

Tokoyami, on the other hand, is still attacking AFO. Hawks tells him to hold on until AFO’s body is gone. Jiro tells the heroes to attack Dark Shadow to make it stronger. Camie and Inasa work together, but a big explosion sends back Dark Shadow. All For One now looks much younger, almost like a teenager.

AFO attacks the heroes with black tendrils and tries to fly away. He approaches Gigantomachia, who he had spotted on the horizon. He orders Machia to destroy the remaining heroes, who in return throws a mountain at AFO.

The last page shows Kirishima, wounded, on top of Machia’s head. He shouts to Tokoyami that they won’t let AFO get to Deku. Next to him is Shinsou using his Persona Chords.

2. Chapter 382 Speculation

All For One has been hit by Dark Shadow without touching Tokoyami directly, so he cannot steal his quirk. He will unlikely be out of the battle, but he will be injured heavily and may get hit by more attacks while stunned.

Shigaraki and Deku’s fight may also get an update next chapter, as they both fight correctly without any interference from All For One. Deku will likely try and talk through the fight instead of trying to kill him, which may prove his downfall.

Knowing he can only steal quirks by touching a user’s body directly, only Hawks and Endeavor have been fighting so far. But now that the situation has escalated, they are prepared to take that risk and involve reinforcements.

In response, All For One up the gear uses even more quirks and launches multiple large-scale attacks without any intention of running anymore. He talks of how soft the new population is, and only the ones during the dark age know his true wrath.

However, this does not faze Seiji, as he fights head-on with boiling blood. Watching this, Endeavor and Hawks cannot be the ones lacking in resolve, and both continue fighting even though they are severely injured.
