According to chapter 358 of My Hero Academia, Shigaraki’s body will continue to undergo changes and manifest new and dangerous attacks that cannot be canceled out. However, it is unclear to what extent AFO still controls this body, considering that he still maintains the old body in the Gunga Mountains.
Shigaraki is not sure if or how Bakugo’s attacks will affect him. Firstly, Cluster is not an entirely new attack, but rather an improvisation of Howitzer Impact.

It seems that Horikoshi brings all the battles to a conclusion at one key point in the recent chapters. It was the floating ward that was featured in the latest chapter instead of Midoriya. So Midoriya is entering the battle at a critical point, so his entry will be grand.
It is certain that Shigaraki will suffer a lot of damage from Bakugo’s new massively destructive move. Those belonging to AFO and Dabi, on the other hand, are also charred. If we keep in mind Eri’s bullet theory, this makes more sense.

Shigaraki is shown surfing on the hundreds of millions of fingers and hands pouring out of him in the first scene. We see Suneater getting hit hard by one of the hands as he asks if the heroes will just keep running away. Despite shouting his name, Nejire releases a wave against the approaching attack.
One of his wires is also being used by Best Jeanist, who says that anyone who stalls for even a second will be swallowed up. As soon as possible, they must find Shigaraki’s body.
Although he says that Shigaraki’s body does not seem to function like this without the influence of a quirk, he is still not convinced.
When AFO uses the pronoun “Boku”, it implies he is directing Tomura to begin the monologue. Tomura’s body, he claims, begins to adapt to new conditions as the All for One quirk stabilizes, so that the body takes on a more suited shape.
Then All for One can completely control and administer this body and this power. Then, he proposes that having control over something ideal, but that the rest of the world is falling apart as the elements which make it up lose their shape and become less clear as time passes.

In thinking back to the time Midoriya saved him from the sludge villain, he recalls the words of All for One, “lack of understanding results in fear and rejection.” Despite the differences, his ignorance, and fear, he has accepted them long ago.
