1. Chapter 314 Discussions and Predictions
It was terrific how Izuku jumped through an entire skyscraper vertically just to take Lady Nagant by surprise.
Izuku called the quirk he used Fa Jin, a very popular Chinese kung-fu technique. Whatever it is, the white stuff around Deku’s legs on the last page is meant to visualize the Third’s quirk.
I guess Izuku is planning on capturing Lady Nagant using his Blackwhip. I think multiple quirks suit Deku much more. At first, I thought it was too much, but given Izuku’s analytical nature, him having multiple quirks as a toolset is really great to see.

Deku starts asking questions about the whereabouts of All For One, but Lady Nagant does not reply to his question. She says that she hasn’t lost yet, and comments that the public safety commission has trained her well.
She remembers being recruited by the safety commission while saying that the heroes lure people with sweet words and shining dreams.
Compared to that, All For One’s control is definitely better. The chapter ends with her aiming the gun at Overhaul, who’s once again asking about the Boss.
4. Chapter 313 Recap
One of the opponents, wearing a mask, comments that All Might’s body is wasted. He says that the real All Might died a long time ago, and then they try to blow All Might with explosives. The other opponent agrees with the first one, but he is also afraid.
All Might realizes that he has promised Izuku’s mom that he will always protect and raise him right even at the cost of his life.
He says that the day anything happens to Izuku will be the day he will also die. The two foe trip and fall while All Might walks towards them.
Meanwhile, Izuku realizes that Lady Nagant doesn’t have a way to move as fast as he can with One For All, so he’ll reach her before she could reposition herself. He calculates the distance and uses Blackwhip to zigzag towards Lady Nagant.
He realizes that nothing will happen if he kept on running and decided to face her. He plans to make her reveal the location of All For One and Shigaraki’s location.
But Lady Nagant attacks him from behind. Izuku thinks that he can’t be attacked from behind using Remote Control quirk. He wonders if Nagant has any backup and immediately realizes that All For One might have given her quirk or some power.
Izuku realizes that Lady Nagant wants to capture him alive. But after he blocks the shot, she decides to get closer to shoot quicker in succession. So, he comes up with an idea. He unleashes the Sixth’s quirk at full blast.
Lady Nagant is surprised by Izuku’s other quirk. Izuku communicates with the Ninth, who warns Izuku of the smoke. He says it will put him at risk, and the second he emerges out of the smoke, he will be a sitting duck. He says that he has cut his escape route.
Izuku replies that he is not trying to escape, but just buying some time. The Ninth says that he does not recommend Izuku to do so as it is dangerous and he is not proficient enough.
He suggests Izuku to figure out how to handle two processes at once and that he needs to test the quirk first. Izuku replies that he has no time for that. He apologizes to Gran Torino for using his cape in such a way.
Lady Nagant says that Izuku won’t get away from her reach by hiding in smoke and shoots. But, Izuku comes from behind and grabs her arm, and comments that he is not in the smoke.
