Creati has a sedative prepared, but says that since Gigantomachia cannot be injected with things, they will have to throw it in his mouth.
Caught by the trap, Gigantomachia begins to fall. The students try to take action, but Gigantomachia tries to dig his way through the Earth. Mt Lady emerges and holds his head back, opening his mouth. The chapter ends with Mina ready to throw the solution into Gigantomachia’s mouth.

I. Tomura Shigaraki – the Inheritor of Evil
Shigaraki had been a big threat for a long time. He has been serving as the main antagonist of the series for quite a while. Now with All for One’s quirk, he is about to step his malevolence up to a new level.
II. Gigantomachia Awakens
Gigantomachia is one of the strongest creatures we have encountered in the story so far. He is far stronger than any Nomu ever seen in the story and seems to have an impenetrable defence.
Chapter 278 ended with Gigantomachia fighting against Mt. Lady to go to Shigaraki’s location. He will soon arrive on the scene for backup and the mayhem will spiral out of control.
III. All for One vs One for All
Chapter 274 ended with Deku trying to lead Shigaraki away from a crowded location. Shigaraki is itching to get his hands on One for All and is going to relentlessly pursue Deku.
Deku has called Endeavor for backup and Bakugo is tagging along with Deku, so the first fight between the new generation of All for one and One for All is about to kick off.
Shigaraki is currently quirkless and fighting against the trio of Bakugo, Endeavor & Midoriya. Since Shigaraki will definitely not die in this fight, it’s likely that a full on All for One vs One for All fight is a long ways away.

The chapter shows us the Pro Heroes struggling to stop Gigantomachia from leaving. Gigantomachia is seen carrying a few villains on his back as he tries to run to Shigaraki, however, Mt. Lady is trying her best to stop him.
Unfortunately, her strength isn’t enough. She is tossed to the side, and ends up clinging to Gigantomachia’s feet to slow him down.
Midnight tries to sedate Gigantomachia using her quirk, however, Dabi and Compress put her out of action quickly. As the monster makes his way to Jaku, Midnight contacts the backup team full of UA Students.
She tells Creati (Momo) to try and put Gigantomachia to sleep. She also instructs Momo to save herself if things get dire. With less than 10 seconds to go before they make contact, Momo creates sedatives & forms a plan to stop Gigantomachia.
The chapter ends with the backup team ready to fight.
