Shigaraki’s Fate

Chapter 269 made it seem like Shigaraki had died. That is next to impossible as Shigaraki has been built up as the main antagonist of the series for a long time.

For the past 3-4 months, since the League of Villains took over the Meta Liberation Army to form the Paranormal Liberation Front, Shigaraki has been kept in Dr. Ujiko’s lab where he has gone through procedures to boost his strength.

His quirk, which decays anything his 5 fingers touch, transformed on its own to a powered-up version with an extended range. Now with Dr. Ujiko’s experimentation, there is no telling how strong he really is.

It is possible Shigaraki will suddenly awaken and demonstrate his new devilish powers by taking down several of the pro heroes alone.

Dabi vs. Hawks

This chapter starts with Mirko struggling to breathe in Endeavor’s arms after sustaining major injuries in the last chapter. The High-End female Nomu suddenly attacks, and the chapter cuts away to other scenes of the fight.

All the pro heroes are busy handling the Nomu that just don’t seem to stop. During this chaos, Present Mic launches a channeled scream that shatters Shigaraki’s capsule.

As the fluids inside it flow away, he goes and punches Dr. Ujiko in the face to take revenge for making Aizawa cry earlier in the series. 

A hero announces that Shigaraki isn’t breathing and has no pulse. Backup arrives, and every Nomu is overpowered and taken care of. The chapter ends with a panel showing All for One.
