Boku no Hero Academia chapter 269 raw scans were recently released. The upcoming chapter will continue the high-stakes confrontation between the Nomus and the Heroes.
Mirko is in very bad shape and looks like she won’t make it before the medical staff arrives.

FEMALE HIGH-END NOMU
In the chapter, we saw that Nomus are also capable of quick thinking as the female Nomu was able to figure out the source of the quirk nullifying her regenerative capabilities.
It is possible that once Shigaraki realizes the strength of his new powers, he will take down this Nomu for fun to test his new strength.
MIRKO
Mirko has been fighting off these Nomu alone for a while and has sustained a lot of damage. It is plausible that Mirko will be killed off by Shigaraki once he emerges.
6. Chapter 268 Plot
The chapter starts with Aizawa erasing the regeneration quirk of a High-End Nomu so that the others can finish it off with brute force.
Mirko then lands a strong hit on Shigaraki’s capsule, almost breaking it, however, she is pulled by a High End and sent flying to Endeavor. Shigaraki’s capsule is shown to be at 75% right before this hit.
The female High-End Nomu retraces all the quirks to their users and figures out that Aizawa is the one erasing her regenerative quirk.
She also figures out how he uses his quirk and moves fast behind obstacles to get out of his field of vision. She then launches a devastating attack that sends liquid shots at high speed everywhere.
The chapter ends with Shigaraki about to come out of the capsule.
