Chapter 340 of My Hero Academia starts with All Might gathering everyone at the hospital and coming up with a plan to defeat AFO, Shigaraki, and company.
Ragdoll is upset at how the villains use her”search” quirk for evil. All Might tells them the plan is to split up the villains, especially AFO and Shigaraki, at least 10 kilometers.

1. Chapter 341 Raw scans, Leaks
The new chapter is titled “The Story of How We All Become Heroes (-1)”. Right at the start, we can see Toga returning to her childhood house, and it shows how traumatizing it was for her to stay in that house. Toga leaves her house but soon meets Dabi. They talk for a while, but Toga leaves him while still talking. In an instant, Dabi jumps out of the window and sets the whole house on fire. He does this to set her free from her past.
Dabi offers her Twice’s blood that he had nicked before Hawks killed Twice.Later, it is shown that Shigaraki is still recovering and has not gotten better. Spinner is looking after him, and he is aso given a special position in AFO’s master plan.
2. Chapter 341 Discussions and Predictions
All Might has planned to split up the villains and fight them one by one. This would split the heroes as well, though.
So we don’t know if this would prove to be a boon or a bane for the hero side. They would not be able to use their numbers to their advantage that way.
We see Shinso at the end of the chapter when Aizawa says, Aoyama won’t be the only catalyst they’ll be putting to use. We’ll get to see more of Shinso in action in the upcoming chapters and see how much he’s grown, hopefully.

All Might has come up with a plan. They must split the villains up.
The data from Star and Stripe’s battle shows that Shigaraki is now a lot more powerful than AFO, and he’s pretty strong already. They still have that mind meld thing they got from Tartarus.
All Might also gives a theory as to why he thinks Star and Stripe wasn’t attacked by AFO as well. They need to get the villains 10 kilometers apart at least. They don’t stand a chance fighting all of them at once.
All Might hints that Aoyama would be helpful in their fight, but Tsukauchi is skeptical.
Aoyama’s homeroom teacher Aizawa is told that Aoyama’s test results came back normal, with no irregularities. The only thing AFO did was plant him with fear and insecurity.
Aizawa plans to take that fear out by force. He knows the boy is scared of not being good enough for his friends, but he’s still got to fight. Aoyama asks, what can even a single miscreant like him do?
Aizawa tells him that he’s not the only one that the heroes are putting on this path. Next, we see Shinso in his hero uniform, hanging from his ropes.
