Chapter 337 of “My Hero Academia” starts with Midoriya telling Aoyama and his family that he knows everything. Aoyama’s parents ask him to make a run for it, but Midoriya catches him.
Flashbacks show Yuga’s parents showering him with love and affection. There was nothing wrong with their boy except he was born quirkless. So they heard this rumor that an old raisin-looking dude was giving out quirks to kids and thought, what could go wrong?
Fast forward a few years, the Aoyama family is blackmailed, and the kid sits in front of his friends having a nervous breakdown.

The chapter moves forward, showing Tsuakuchi asking Aoyama’s parents why they didn’t inform All For One about the Kamino ground raids. They replied that they could only talk to All For One whenever he wanted. It’s a one-way communication.
Deku cuts into the interrogation and argues that they need Aoyama’s help to find the whereabouts of All For One, but Present Mic seems very reluctant to trust Aoyama with any other plans. Aizawa quickly devises a ploy that doesn’t involve Aoyama in it.
The chapter ends with all the students getting ready for the fight in their dorms, and you can see Deku walking down the hall thinking about the new equipment and tools he will need for this fight.

Dabi is skeptical of AFO’s plans and asks what would happen if the spy is discovered. He then says he has every possibility planned out, and there are many other routes to take.
Toru and Midoriya have been listening in on Aoyama’s parents’ conversation. As soon as they’re discovered, Yuga is asked to run, but he doesn’t.
We see flashbacks of Aoyama’s parents wanting to do the best for their child. They heard a dubious rumor about a man giving out quirks and wanted to try it out for him.
Years later, AFO started blackmailing his family with death threats, Aoyama was forced to betray his friends. Feeling cornered, he directs his laser beam at Toru, who yells at him out of disappointment.
Aoyama and his family are bound and brought in for questioning by the U.A. adults, and the principal asks the kids to leave.
The students don’t budge and ask what he was planning to do with their lives. Aoyama can only sit and cry.
He blames himself for pretending to be a friend. He thinks he is rotten to the core and calls himself a villain. Midoriya can’t take this anymore and lists all of the times he was there for his friends. He tells Aoyama he can still be a hero.
