2022 has become the year for epic finales, anticipated arcs, and legendary battles. So it only makes sense that My Hero Academia, being one of the greatest shonen series of all time, will give us at least two of these (don’t worry, it’s not the finale yet).
Covering one of the most brilliant storylines of the manga, the anime is finally here with the Paranormal Liberation War arc. After giving us a taste of what’s about to happen, fans began preparing for their therapy sessions because they know they’ll be needing it after this season.
To add more, the franchise is making sure we start accepting that the happy and wholesome days are over by giving us some hair-raising trailers, including the recent one.
My Hero Academia has unveiled the second promotional video for the anime’s upcoming season 6, scheduled to debut in October this year.
With some dramatic background music, the trailer hits you right in the feels. It shows all the UA teachers and pro-heroes giving the younger ones vital advice because if you’re sending teenagers to fight your battles, you’ve gotta compensate for it, right?
Midnight’s words echo through everyone’s hearts and give the young heroes the courage to fight and not be afraid. She asks the students to think about what’s important to them whenever they feel scared.
The most thrilling part of the video comes when the villains and heroes activate their quirks and head straight into the battle. We see some spine-chilling glimpses of pro-heroes like Endeavor, Mirko, and Present Mic going all-out. I mean, if Present Mic is this serious, then this will be something monumental.
In the end, we get a glimpse of the upgraded Shigaraki Tomura as he opens his eyes, sending shivers down the viewer’s spine.
MHA season 6 looks like it will be the biggest release of this year as the hype keeps building on.
For the anime-only fans, enjoy these last days of seeing a happy Class 1-A, and manga fans, please prepare yourself to witness it all again.
