Kaya holds Miyo captive in the Saimori home while Kiyoka rushes to save her from her family. Kaya and her mother, Konoko, give their best efforts in order to prevent Kiyoka from marrying Miyo, but their plan fails as Kiyoka saves her just in time.

When Miyo awakens, she finds Kiyoka by her side. Kiyoka assures her that everything that transpired was not her fault, and he and Yurie are relieved that she is safe and sound.
Meanwhile, an older adult was noticeably upset by Tatsuishi’s setback. Though the specifics were hazy, he directed a subordinate to carry out some scheme against Miyo and Kiyoka.
