Episode 8 of My Dress-Up Darling starts with Gojo asking Shinju how she got to clicking cosplay pictures. She thought her older sister looked cute so she posted some pictures and made an account.
She used her dad’s DSLR to click the pictures and also teaches the guys a bit about photography. Later they go to check out a place where they can do the photoshoot. It turns out to be a creepy abandoned hospital. Is this a horror anime now?

Gojo is such a nice guy that he’ll agree to make dresses for anyone, even for people as unpleasant as Juju. He even offered to chip in for the studio and went with them to look at the photoshoot site.
We’re excited to see Gojo whip out two cosplay dresses this time, but if Juju thinks she can have a loveline with our sweet boy Gojo here. She’s got another thing coming.

Episode 8 Recap
Kitagawa is in love with the pictures Shinju took of her sister Juju. Gojo asks her how she got into clicking cosplay pictures of her sister. Shinju says she thought her sister looked cute, so she uploaded some online.
She then made an account, and appreciative messages came flooding in. She took her father’s DSLR camera to shoot the photos.
Juju tells them that they’ll be looking at places to shoot the pictures later. She asks Kitagawa and Gojo if they’d like to come, and Kitagawa says she would.
They arrive at the spot and find out it’s an abandoned hospital. All of them go inside the creepy building except Juju who hesitates. She later goes in with Gojo, but a thunderstorm outside catches her off guard.
She crawls into a fetal position out of fear and Gojo says she can go sit near the entrance instead of pushing herself to be here. They get to talking about Gojo’s dresses and Juju tells him how beautiful she thought they were.
Gojo experiences all emotions at the same time and he thanks Juju for liking his work, with tears in his eyes. Later at school, their exams get over and Kitagawa takes Gojo to the beach.
A hawk steals Kitagawa’s burger, so Gojo shares his with her. Kitagawa asks Gojo to play with her in the water and Gojo obeys. Gojo says his grandpa tells him to experience new things, and now he realizes that experiencing things and watching them on the television is completely different.
Kitagawa invites Gojo to go with him to different places over the next summer vacation.
