Episode 5 Recap
Gojo sees Kitagawa in the dress he made for her and stares in awe. She looks precisely like Shizuku-tan from Slippery Girls.
She praises Gojo for paying attention to the little details, like her garter peeking from under the skirt. She says she will open a cosplay account and call it mamamarin. She asks Gojo to click pictures for it.
Gojo notices that she acts like herself in the pictures and not Shizuku-tan, but Kitagawa quickly fixes that. She suggests they go to the cosplay event.
Kitagawa is amazed by the other cosplayers, everyone looks so pretty, and there are so many girls. Gojo feels shy, so Kitagawa takes him to a more chill area.
An otaku recognizes her to be cosplaying Shizuku-tan from Slippery Girls and asks if he can take her photos, and she says yes.
Gojo moves to the side and thinks of how he didn’t have friends before this project with Kitagawa, and it’ll probably go back to the way it was after this event.
Kitagawa runs towards him and says the heat and discomfort from her heavy dress are killing her. Gojo takes her to a cool spot and gets her a refreshing drink. She asks Gojo to unzip her and wipe down her back, making him uncomfortable.
Kitagawa thanks him for such a fun day and says she looks forward to more cosplaying with his help. This makes Gojo blush, and he falls asleep on the train after calling Kitagawa beautiful.
