Making a deal with Gallus, Ruijerd is smuggled, and the party made their way to Zant Port. On collecting Ruijerd, Rudeus finds out they need to rescue beast children.
While leading the beast children to safety, Rudeus heads back to save a sacred beast but encounters beast-men instead. Mistaken for a smuggler Rudeus is captured.

Episode 14 Discussion
Captured by beast-men, Rudeus is now headed to the village to be questioned. The next episode will show us if Rudeus is saved before the beast people punish an innocent man.
Since Ruijerd still doesn’t know about Rudeus’s capture by beast-men, will he also be mistaken for a smuggler as he is a Supard? I think the beast children might explain the situation before it gets messy.
It looks like Roxy won’t meet Rudeus any time sooner as both the party go their separate ways.
Rudeus will have to hold on to this situation, for who knows if the beast people will be convinced with their story. We’ll have to wait and see as the episodes get released for the anime.

Episode 13 Recap
Episode 13 starts with Roxy, along with Talhand and Elinalise, searching for Paul’s missing family. Roxy making sure Elinalise knows the purpose of their mission, reminds her not to slack off.
While understanding Paul’s personality from Talhand and Elinalise, Roxy and her team continue the search in the city.
Later the three talk about the ‘Dead End’ party and Talhand describes its members. Since Rudeus is under an alias, Roxy doesn’t identify him as they speak.
The next day Roxy gets a glimpse of two Dead End members sparring. Not wanting to get involved, she sneaks a peek, but Ruijerd spots her. Roxy then runs away, thinking they’ll follow her for eavesdropping.
Roxy and her party decide to move to the next town in search of Paul’s family. Meanwhile, Rudeus and his party can now leave by sea after Gallus helps smuggle Ruijerd onto the ship and, in return, should liberate some goods for him in Zant Port.
Reaching Zant Port, Rudeus lets Eris rest, for she’s still seasick and leaves to the smuggler’s hideout. Rudeus collecting Ruijerd finds out he’s to liberate beast children being held captive by the smugglers.
Ruijerd handles the smugglers while Rudeus takes care of the beast children. Later leading the beast children to the nearest town, Rudeus heads back to save the sacred beast.
Mistaken for a smuggler, Rudeus is captured by two beast-men looking to save the beast children and the sacred dog. One of the beast-men continues to look for the beast children while the other beast-man takes Rudeus to their village for questioning and punishment.

“Jobless Reincarnation: I Will Seriously Try If I Go To Another World” is an isekai light novel series that was initially published on Shosetsuka ni Naro since November 2012 before Media Factory started publishing under its MF’s Book Imprint in January 2014.
