Ubisoft’s upcoming annual gaming showcase event, Ubisoft Forward, will feature some of the biggest titles, namely Skull and Bones, Assassin’s Creed, Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, and more. The publisher recently announced that almost all of its flagship IPs would be present and accounted for.
The early preview for the annual Ubisoft Forward revealed upcoming showcases for some of the most anticipated games like Skull and Bones and Assassin’s Creed.
The event is planned for September 10 and will unveil some big releases so that the event takes away the spotlight, with long-awaited titles like Skull and Bones finally making an appearance.
The preview does not mention a specific Assassin’s Creed title but instead shows clips from various games from the franchise. Who knows, we might be getting multiple Assassin’s Creed reveals.
Ubisoft has also confirmed multiple games for the showcase for Tom Clancy’s The Division, including Heartland and Resurgence.
While Resurgence will be a mobile game, Heartland will most likely be a free-to-play battle royale title. We can expect more information about the games soon.
There seems to be a lot on the plate for Ubisoft with several projects in hand. A leaked report claimed Ubisoft is potentially looking to release various store pages for its upcoming products during Ubisoft Forward, allowing fans and media greater access to information regarding these titles. Doing so will definitely bring in a lot of traffic from fans.
Ubisoft has officially denied that the rumored Blade game is not in development, putting a stop to the unsolicited hearsay. Regardless, there will be plenty to look forward to at the official event.
Ubisoft Forward is scheduled to go live on September 10 at 12:00 PT.
