Earlier rumors suggested that MSI pulled out of a partnership deal with Intel, stopping the production of Arc graphics cards over quality concerns. However, recent news proved this rumor to be inaccurate.
MSI introduced the Arc A380, its first Intel Arc GPU with a prebuilt system.
MSI’s Arc A380 is designed precisely according to Intel’s reference specs, unlike the custom models by GUNNIR and ASRock.
The card will not enable factory overclocking and has a default TDP of 75W. The clock speed is set at 2 GHz. The processor features 6GB of GDDR6 memory clocked at 15.5 Gbps.
The prebuilt PC is available in three configurations with either one of Intel’s H510M or H610M Bomber motherboards. The CPU options are listed below:
- Core i3-10105F
- Core i5-10400F
- Core i5-12400F
The i3-10105F model is the cheapest among the three.
Currently, the card is only available in MSI’s prebuilt desktop systems sold exclusively on the Chinese JD website. The pricing range starts from $532 and goes up to $650.
