With Trigger’s introduction, more of Warumono’s dynamics will be revealed. Trigger seems to have a one-sided rivalry with Warumono and does not understand why he is the general. He is even more confused after spending time with Warumono outside of work.
Red has only run into Warumono on his days off, and they were on a truce. However, if they were to run into each other while Warumono was working, things would be different as Warumono’s goal to eradicate humanity still hasn’t changed.
3. Recap of episode 6
Warumono witnesses a heartwarming conversation between two kids, but he does not know what prompted it. On his way back, he makes a wish on a tanzaku that the two kids get to meet. Red also makes wishes for the sake of other people.
Warumono visits a beach on one of his days off and has a sand castle-making competition with a kid. They watch the sunset together and part ways with a promise to make them again.
Trigger, another one of Warumono’s co-workers, does not like him at all. They’re stuck together on an off day, and Trigger learns more about Warumono.
Warumono gets a panda crepe but cannot figure out where to start eating it, and Trigger has a mental breakdown over how Warumono behaves outside the headquarters.
Warumono has a hard time sleeping even though he has to go to work the next day. He decides to count pandas to go to sleep but ends up counting the entire night. However, in his next dream, he star-gazes with hundred pandas.
