Upon questioning the headmistress, it is revealed that Lord Baxter conned her into handing over orphanage funds under the pretext of constructing a new orphanage.

William takes it upon himself to bring back the money lent to Lord Baxter and teach him a lesson.

William meets up with Baxter and offers to lend some money to pay Baxter’s debt to the orphanage with an additional amount. Baxter is ecstatic to extort the kid off his money. He readily agrees to the deal and signs a contract.

Louis is skeptical of William’s decision to lend Baxter a large sum of money. William assures Loius that everything’s going as planned.

When the case gets to court, Baxters claims to have no assets to repay the debt. William thus reveals the contract signed by Baxter that gives him the right to claim one pound of flesh from him.

As William approached Baxter with a blade, Baxter’s lawyer states that William is entitled to a pound of Baxter’s flesh but not a single drop of blood.

To counter this statement, William calls in a witness, a waiter from Baxter’s favorite restaurant. The waiter reveals the blood count of how Baxter’s favorite steak is prepared, which works in William’s favor and is allowed to claim the pound of flesh.

Baxter panics and admits he has a secret fortune, which is entirely claimed by William, who donates it all to the orphanage in exchange for not taking his flesh.

The episode ends with William having left the court record intact as a test for anyone investigating his past, realizing that Milverton, also known as the King of Media, is now his enemy.
