Episode 12 is titled “The City Of Dragons’ Doctor.” The preview was not revealed at the end of episode 11. We speculate that Glenn will be the first-ever person to be recognized as a Doctor who could treat even the Dragons!

Episode 11, is titled, “Lindworm’s Major Operation” begins with Glenn, Saphentite, and Arahnia at Glenn’s clinic. They were discussing how to convince Draconness to agree for the surgery. Then Glenn heads out to go for a workshop and visit the council and said he wouldn’t be back until late at night.
In the meantime, Arahnia tries to test Saphentite and Tisalia by doing mischievous things and see if they would still be willing to be friends with her. No sooner Arahnia gets caught by both of them and tells them the truth. Then Saphentite and Tisalia explain and make Arahnia understand that true friendship doesn’t need to be tested.
Next day, Glenn goes to convince Draconness again for the surgery. She refuses and explains that she is no longer needed in the city as her job of making a peaceful nation where humans and monsters coexist together is complete now and she can die happily now. To which Glenn replies and says that the city still needs her and everyone looks up to her. She deserves to watch over it for longer.
After hearing that, Draconness agrees to proceed with the surgery. Glenn and his friends prepare everything and start with the surgery. In the process of removing the tumor Kunai ends up burning her tentacles but the surgery was successful and everyone in the city was happy upon hearing that!

After hundreds of years, the war between monsters and humans have come to an end, and they decided to live together in harmony.
The anime follows Dr. Glenn Litbeit and his Lamia assistant Sapphee, who runs a medical clinic in Lindworm. Somehow Dr. Glenn ends up in dangerous positions with his patients, but it’s always for medical purposes. As time passed by, the reason for the fighting between the monsters and humans completely disappeared. Monsters and humans alike visit Dr. Glenn for their medical examinations.
