Many dream of owning a house, maybe even a big mansion. But what if you found out that it’s haunted? Would you still be willing to live there?
‘The Demon Prince of Momochi House’ is about an orphan named Himari who inherits a mansion after winning the lottery on her 16th birthday. Despite rumors of it being haunted, she moves in, only to find three guys squatting inside.
A promotional video for ‘The Demon Prince of Momochi House’ anime was revealed at Anime NYC 2023. The anime is set to premiere on January 5th, 2024.
Crunchyroll will stream it in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS as it airs in Japan.
The trailer starts with the protagonist, Himari Momochi, receiving a letter informing her that she has inherited the house from her parents.
However, she is met with opposition from Aoi Nanamori and his friends, who try to force her out. The trailer also features an exciting encounter with a Yokai, setting the stage for an intriguing story.
Yoh Kamiyama is performing the opening theme song “Hōzuki” (Winter Cherry), and Muto is performing the ending theme song “Aiyue.”
Two new voice cast members have been added to the previous cast.

On her 16th birthday, Himari inherits a haunted house. The house is already occupied by three young men who warn her to leave.
