Both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 have had a successful run ever since launch. Future updates will feature new gameplay modes, player abilities, and multiplayer maps.
Call of Duty is set to add a new social feature called Groups for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, which will make connecting with friends a whole lot easier.
The new feature will be included in the upcoming Season 1 Reloaded. It will be scalable, and players can limit a group to just their friends or allow members with common interests or even “weekend warriors or active daily.”
A group can fit up to 5000 members, and is a good means for streamers and content creators to expand their groups with their communities. This way, everyone can play with their teams, and prepare for professional leagues.
When creating a new group, players can choose whether to keep the group public or not, as well as select the main language. The group owner can add up to three labels to the group. Text channels will help keep everyone connected, and find a squad.
Groups will be welcomed by the Call of Duty community when it finally arrives mid-December. It can be used to advantage those looking for a squad or to wreck some havoc in the Warzone Cup. Hopefully, the rest of Season 1 Reloaded is equally good.
