Orion is a new unlockable camo in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Players need to unlock Gold, Platinum, and Polyatomic to access the mastery camo. However, it seems like the new feature is a bit disappointing to some.
Fans are asking for the Orion camo to have a faster animation during gameplay.
The Orion camo features swirling, galaxy-inspired visual effects, but the animation is so slow, it appears almost static-like. The video above is sped up by 16x, yet the graphics appear slowed down. Some players were even surprised to see that the camo is actually moving.
The mastery Orion camo requires every challenge to be completed for 51 different weapons, which is a challenge in itself.
Call of Duty challenges have always been specific and tough, like scoring 250 assists or getting 50 headshots for every weapon. However, the Gunsmith system in Modern Warfare 2 has introduced a time taking procedure for unlocking weapon attachments.
Players are reporting bugs everyday on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Ahead of the season launch, the developers are busy cleaning up the game. The Orion camo issue is just a minute disappointing detail in comparison to other issues and glitches.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
