Red Dead Redemption 2 delivered a fantastic game and a beautiful story, first through the eyes of Arthur Morgan and then John Marston. The game ended with Marston giving up his outlaw ways and building his own home.
While John settled down on his own ranch, Red Dead players had hoped to buy more property with all the loot from Blackwater. And a mod has come out that finally makes that possible.
Called the “Buyable Properties” mod, it allows you to purchase new properties and hotel rooms and also customize them however you’d like.
The customization can be done to both the interior and exterior of your new property. Additions such as hitching posts, shooting ranges, outside seating arrangements can be bought, and the interiors of various rooms in the property can also be changed. This mod is available only for the single-player mode and can only be activated during the epilogue.
Currently, Ridge View Cabin in the Heartlands, Shepherd’s Herd Cabin near Strawberry, and Argil Rise near Rhodes are the properties players can buy. Simply walk up to the ‘For Sale’ sign at the edge of the property and press the ‘Buy’ prompt when it shows up. You can also buy hotel rooms in Valentine, Rhodes, Saint-Denis, and Strawberry.
The developer has stated that the current prices of these properties are “arbitrary,” but there are plans to update it in the future to allow players to change the value.
In Red Dead Redemption 2 and Red Dead Online, NVIDIA DLSS is enabled in the Settings menu, under Graphics, and accelerates performance by up to 45% at 4K, giving GeForce gamers the headroom to crank up effects, or simply enjoy Red Dead Redemption 2’s captivating gameplay at faster frame rates.

With a boost of up to 45% at 4K, the DLSS update should allow most, if not all, players to enjoy Red Dead Redemption 2 at the highest visual quality settings.
