Episode 2 Recap
Miorine tells Suletta that despite her father’s rules, she does not want to be her bride and just wants to return to Earth. Suletta is taken into custody on suspicion of using a Gundam.
The council holds a meeting to uncover Suletta’s identity and decides to hold an inquiry. The results of the duel are voided.
Delling takes over the inquiry and demands that the Shin Sei Development Company, which made Aerial, attend a hearing. Miorine is confused at Suletta’s arrest.
She becomes enraged when she sees a text that her father sent, which states that he has chosen to stop the duels and personally arrange Miorine’s marriage.
A rescue team member that planned to save Miorine in the first episode asks if she still wants to return to Earth. Miorine agrees and is successfully smuggled out of the space station.
Shin Sei’s advocate Lady Prospera defends the business at the hearing by arguing that Aerial is a drone made with the most recent drone technology and is not a Gundam.
Despite his vow never to fall in love, Elan Ceres begins to show interest in Suletta. He brings her food and water and tells her he’s interested to know more about her, making her blush.
Miorine cancels her plans to escape to Earth and interrupts the hearing. Delling, who is still not persuaded, is going to order the destruction of Aerial. She publicly challenges Delling to a duel out of resentment about her father dominating every area of her life.
If Miorine’s side wins, Suletta will be acknowledged as her fiancé, and Miorine will comply with his demands if Delling wins. Vim Jeturk, Guel’s father, enters the conversation and says that Aerial might be what they need to stop the Beneritt Group from losing market share.
Delling consents to the duel because the Beneritt Group is now divided over how to deal with Aerial. Suletta is reunited with Miorine, who warns her that if she loses her subsequent duel, she will be kicked out, and Aerial will be scrapped.
