Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid season 2 episode 3, titled “Extracurricular Activities (Of Course They’re Not Normal),” aired this week.

In the last episode, Kobayashi fought her sexual urges after Illulu turned her into a man. A Dragon Hunter then targeted Illulu, and Kobayashi stepped in to protect her. However, Tohru arrived and defeated the Dragon Hunter. 

In episode 3, Illulu started living with Kobayashi. With some help from Lucoa, Illulu forced herself out of her comfort zone and played with Kanna and Saikawa. Tohru desperately asked for help to choose a maid outfit for Kobayashi.

Episode 4 Speculations and Discussions

Episode 4 is titled “When in Rome, Do as the Romans Do (It’s Hard to Match Others)”

As we saw in the previous episode, Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid Episode 4: Release Date, Speculation, And Watch Online is still trying to figure out her purpose in life. 

I think she will gain more closure by going around and experiencing different kinds of situations firsthand. 

Obviously, it may not always go the way she wants it to go, but she can still learn from them. 

Hopefully, we get to see Tohru interact with more dragons and get an idea of how they try to adopt normalcy in their life.

No, Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid is not on break this week. Episode 4 is set to air as scheduled. No delay has been announced.

Recap of Episode 3

Episode 3, titled “Extracurricular Activities (Of Course They’re Not Normal),” starts off with Saikawa arriving at Kobayashi’s place to spend time with Kanna.

Saikawa is under the impression that she is alone with Kanna and could try and get lewd with her. However, she is surprised to see that Illulu stays in that apartment now.

As Saikawa and Kanna proceed to play, they ask Illulu if she wants to play with them, to which she blatantly declines and goes into her room. 

Lucoa arrives around that time, hoping to meet Kobayashi and Tohru. Instead, she sees that Illulu has isolated herself and meddles with her situation, ending with Illulu playing with Kanna and Saikawa. 

Later, Tohru notices that Kobayashi is staring a bit too hard at her. Upon asking, Kobayashi reveals that she had once worn the exact same maid outfit as Tohru, but her family told her she looked ugly.

Tohru takes it upon herself to make Kobayashi feel better about herself. So she calls everyone she possibly can to design a maid outfit for Kobayashi.

Everyone sketches the outfit they have in mind, but none fit Kobayshi’s taste. Georgie then tells her that it is not the outfit that makes the maid but the maid that makes the outfit. 

Tohru then reveals that she wants Kobayashi to wear the same outfit as her. Kobayashi agrees to this and wears her outfit, and everyone finds her appealing in it.

The episode ends with Tohru going around interacting with other people trying to figure out how to develop and maintain a hobby.

Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid is a Slice of life, fantasy, comedy manga written and illustrated by Cool-Kyou Shinja. The manga began serialization in Monthly Action magazine from May 25, 2013.

It revolves around Kobayashi, a stoic programmer. While on her way to work, Kobayashi gets frightened after seeing the head of a dragon. Staring at her, the dragon immediately transforms into a young girl dressed in a maid outfit.

Introducing herself as Tooru, she reminds Kobayashi of her offer to stay in her home while she was drunk the previous night. Regretting her decision, she agrees to Tooru’s request to work as a personal maidservant to repay the debt for a shelter.
