The Misfit of Demon King Academy returns with a bang in season 2. Episode 1, titled “A Lesson by a God”, begins with a flashback from 2000 years ago with a cruel Heavenly Father God NousGalia forcing the Great Spirit Mother Leno to create a new child of god with him. She is saved by Anos who destroys NousGalia and gives her Shin, his right-hand man, as a bodyguard to protect her till Delsgade.
Erdomaid DittiJohn, one of the four evil royals, is enrolled as a teacher at the Demon King Academy in the present day. However, things quickly turn south as he reveals his true identity as NousGalia and he announces that a new “Child of God” will vanquish the Demon King of Tyranny. Anos takes care of NousGalia but he and his followers have a run-in with other demons from 2000 years ago.

Episode 2 Speculation
Sasha, Misha, and everyone in the group are put against powerful enemies. This will be the real test of their power and it won’t be easy. The next episode will show how their fight goes against the enemies. We will also be seeing the duel of intellect between Ziek and Anos. NousGalia probably had some trick up his sleeve for this duel which may make things harder for Anos.
Misa has been stabbed by a magic sword and Gerad was ordered to take her source. Since she is half-spirit and the last time NousGalia tried to make a new god, he wanted to use Leno who is the Spirit Mother, it’s a possibility that Misa is the divine vessel for the new god. We can hope Ray is able to protect her but there is a high possibility that she will be taken away by the enemy.

Episode 1 Recap
2000 years ago, the Great Spirit Leno tells the other small spirit of her decision to go to Delsgade but they are quickly interrupted by Heavenly Father God NousGalia who tells her that she has been chosen to bear a new god. When she refuses, he attacks her but is stopped by Anos. Shin, Anos’s right-hand man, uses the looting sword to seize NousGalia’s voice and Anos destroys him.
Leno tells Anos she has decided to trust him and he gives her Shin to act as her bodyguard. Leno is a little apprehensive but Anos warns her that NousGalia can come after her again. As their journey progresses, Leno comes to like Shin more.
In the demon realm, Anos suggests to Leno, Goddess of creation Militia, and the Hero Canon to put up walls in each realm to snuff out the war and to create a door that doesn’t open for 1000 years. He told them that they can use his life for magic power which could then activate the spell. After agreeing, the Hero stabs him and everyone uses their power to do what Anos suggested.
When Leno reaches back to Alhartem, she is shocked to see it all desolate and dried up. The spirits tell her that the spirits are being devoured. Divine Beasts attack her and are fended off by Shin. From the shadows, a kid emerges and introduces himself as Anoshu Polticol.
Back in the current time, Anos returns to the academy and meet Sasha, Misha, and the rest of his followers. Eleonore and Zeshia join as exchange students from the Hero Academy. A new homeroom teacher named Erdomaid DittiJohn joins and is introduced as one of the Four Evil Royals.
Erdomaid announces in front of the class that Avos Dihevia is the Fake Demon King and the real one is sitting among them, reincarnated as Anos Voldigod. Many students are skeptical but Anos is called by Erdomaid up at the front and they automatically kneel in his presence. Anos tells everyone that it is up to them if they want to acknowledge him and they should polish their own powers too.
Erdomaid explains the details of what happened 2000 years ago. He told them that since the events of the past have led to disruption in order, the gods have created a new order to destroy Anos. He reveals himself as NousGalia and tells everyone that the order is a new child of god, someone from the academy.
As Erdomaid is about to kill the students who didn’t believe him, Anos takes out the Magic Sword of Destruction and stabs him. He revives him again but leaves him with only 10% of his power and threatens him to carry on with the class while he watches over him.
Anos leaves to talk with Melheis and the rest of his group decides to split and look for information about the new child of god. Eleonore is contacted by Ledriano who tells her that they discovered a troublesome spell, probably left by Jerga.
As everyone is searching, Anos instructs some of the girls from his group to sing at the ceremony he will be conducting to spread the news of the Demon King’s reincarnation. All of a sudden, he is contacted and told by Sasha that Revest and some of their people have been attacked. While being healed by Misha, Revest tells them that Menou got abducted by Renka Theornes. Anos warns them to be careful as they will probably be facing a demon from 2000 years ago.
Anos transports himself to a place where he is faced by a demon under Erdomaid named Ziek Ozma. Ziek tells him that Erdomaid willingly gave his body to the gods to create Anos’s enemy. He challenges him to a game of wits and produces a screen showing Anos’s followers getting attacked by different people.
Misa and Ray are attacked by Gerad Azrema, ordered by the king of curses Kyhilam. Eleonore and Zeshia are attacked by Zabro Gaze, The Scarlet Monument King Gilysiris’s Lieutenant. Sasha and Misha face off against Rinka, who reveals she serves the King of the Netherworld, Eges code.
Anos realizes that the Four Evil Royals have formed an alliance against him and deduces that one of his subordinates will become the divine vessel for the child of god. Ziek tells him that he will provide him with information for their challenge and Anos accepts.

The series initially began as an amateur web novel in April 2017 on the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō. It was later acquired by ASCII Media Works, which officially began to publish it in March 2018.
