The misfit of the Demon King Academy is a Japanese light novel series written by Shu and illustrated by Yoshinori Shizuma.

2. Episode 10 Preview & Speculation
Episode 10 is titled, “Inter-Academy Exams.” The preview was not revealed at the end of episode 9.
We speculate that, according to the end of the episode, Anos will be doing more research on finding out about the Hero Academy and the murder of Hero Kanon. As of now we only know that it was a human. As the story unfolds we will get to know who was the murderer!
3. Recap of Episode 9
Episode 9 titled, “The Mystery of the Hero Academy.” begins with the replacement of the teacher in the academy, from Ms. Emilia to Menou Historia. Then in class, they learn about Hero academy and they were about to visit the Human Realm.
After the class gets over we see that Anos and his friends go out on the open grounds and train and fight against Anos to get stronger. Later, Anos visits Melheis and asks him about Gaios and Ydol and he tells them they are doing fine now.
Further, we see Anos and the other students visit Azeshion in the Human Realm for educational exchange with the Hero Academy for their Inter-academy classes. While they individually explore the city, Anos heads to the Hero Academy along with Sasha accompanying him, saying that he wants to research on something.
The academy is off-limits to outsiders, but without hesitation, he attempts to make his way inside. Eleanor Bianca, a third-year student at the Hero Academy, appears before Anos and Sasha said, “You’ll be safe as long as you’re with me” with a mischievous smile. She acts as their guide inside the academy and shows them around.
At the end of the episode, we see Anos and Sasha about to take their leave, but Eleanor stops Anos and tells him that if he is looking for Hero Kanon, it is useless as he was murdered by a human two thousand years ago. She also mentions that he will only be disappointed.

The Misfit of Demon King Academy, also known as Maō Gakuin no Futekigōsha, is a Japanese light novel series written by Shu and illustrated by Yoshinori Shizuma. The series initially began as an amateur web novel in April 2017 on the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō.
It was later acquired by ASCII Media Works, which officially began to publish it in March 2018. A manga adaptation by Kayaharuka launched online in July 2018, and an anime television series adaptation by Silver Link premiered on July 4, 2020.
It tells the story of History’s Strongest Demon King, who reincarnates after 2000 years and goes to Delsgade School (which trains young demons) with his descendants. However, after his reincarnation, he finds out that the world is too used to peace that his descendants became too weak due to a colossal weakening in magical powers.
