Millie Bobby Brown Answers Which Taylor Swift Song Fits Enola Holmes 

Millie Bobby Brown’s known for not one but two iconic characters in her young career. The actress has delivered her roles as Eleven and Enola Holmes so perfectly, painting her prospects bright.

Brown first took on the part of the clever teen detective in 2020, depicting the first adventure of Sherlock Holmes’ sister. 

The film quickly rose through Netflix’s charts as one of the most-watched films that year and received generally positive reviews from critics. Netflix announced the sequel’s development in early 2021, and the film will premiere on the platform on November 4, 2022.

Millie has confessed to being a huge Swiftie and has even met the artist several times. When asked by ScreenRant which Taylor Swift album or song best described her character, the actress took no time to answer.

“The Man” on the Lover album. It explains itself, really. If you actually watch the music video, it’s Taylor dressed up as a man, and it’s like what she would do if she were a man. I think Enola would love to be a man because she’d know that she could get further in life. I think it’s a very good song.

Since her debut, Enola Holmes has fought against the evident sexism in the society. And Taylor’s “The Man” inhabits the spirit of that same issue perfectly, thus making it an apt fit for Enola. 

Enola herself has wondered how her actions would not be treated with such indignance if she were a man, which, as Brown points out, is precisely what the song’s music video tackles. Enola’s struggles as a woman trying to prove her talent are only increased when she has to prove her skills are at par with her brother, the great Sherlock Holmes, even though she shouldn’t have to, and her work should speak for herself.

Enola Holmes will return with a new adventure and mystery to solve on November 4, 2022, showing how she is equal to her brother – if not smarter.
