Migi and Dali might have a hard time getting out of this mess, as the knife was found in Hitori’s room. On Christmas Eve, when Eiji was five, he pushed Metry out of his window. His mother made him believe it was a ghost and started surveilling the village to ensure his secret was safe. She suspects someone tried to kill Eiji because they know about the secret.
Eiji tells Sali that Hitori is a suspect in his mother’s eyes, so she should warn him. Eiji’s mother comes back with a baguette and is angry. Eiji holds her off and asks Migi to run. However, she gets a hold of Migi’s wig, so he takes it off and runs.
Migi runs to hide in Karen’s room, who helps him. Karen reveals that Ichijo is not their real mother. Ichigo runs to the Sonoyama’s house with murder on her mind. She drugs the Sonoyama’s. Karen tells Migi to leave the village.
Migi goes back to the house only to find Dali tied up. Ichigo ambushes him and finds out about their secret. She decides to kill one of them as Hitori is only supposed to be one person. Dali tells her to kill him and leave Migi alone. As Ichigo is choking Dali to death, she suddenly starts coughing violently.
Michan is alive, and she comes back to save Migi and Dali. After Ichijo almost buried her alive, Karen saved her. Michan talked to everyone who left Origon village and met Karen’s real mother. She finds out that Ichijo cannot have children. Ichijo attacks Michan, but she manages to hold her off.
However, after Michan frees Migi and Dali, Ichijo kills her. Michan was trying to tell them the truth about Eiji before she died. Migi and Dali run far away on their bike. They take refugees to a temple, and Dali wants them to stay there. However, Migi wants to go back, and they get into a fistfight.
Migi wants to go back to their everyday life after they expose the Ichijo’s secret. Dali gives in, and Migi drives them back to the Origon Village.

Migi and Dali (Migi to Dali) is a manga series by Nami Sano. It was serialized in Enterbrain’s Harta magazine from July 2017 to November 2021 and an anime adaptation by Frontier Engine and Geek Toys is under production.
The story follows the twins Migi and Dali who swore revenge on their mother’s killer. They are adopted by a childless middle-aged couple and work under the name Hitori to prevent others finding out that they’re twins and figuring out their identities.
