Microsoft Releases Earnings of the Previous Financial Year

Microsoft just released its earnings for the last financial year, which certainly shows its strong standing compared to Sony. Their profits have significantly soared during the pandemic.

When given a choice between Sony’s PlayStation Plus and Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass, many people will side with Sony, mainly because the PlayStation Plus has better games like Ghost of Tsushima, The Last of Us 2, etc.

Microsoft, to change that, has been expanding the portfolio of games on the Xbox Game Pass. They have been bringing various games like Yakuza, Final Fantasy, and many others, and even acquired Bethesda Studios. Now, it appears like they have started to close the gap with Sony.

Microsoft’s revealed its earnings of the past financial year. The net earnings are a whopping $15.5 billion, while the overall revenue was $43.1 billion.
