Asuna wakes up in Yamato’s bed with her clothes all torn but quickly recovers from shock seeing as there are more important things to discuss.
She tells him how an alien had possessed her body and was trying to kill him at first but then tried to save him too.
They look for them, but the aliens have already left. Saotome befriends the lonely-looking Akutagawa, who she finds out is a service robot made to be bullied. If someone needs to suffer, they might as well be a robot.
Hiroshima is seen using her mecha Maximus to its full potential and annihilated hordes of dractors. But isn’t Ibushi too old to be piloting a megaton mecha?
Episode 8 Speculations
Feeling so bad for the poor lovestruck Kiyoka who keeps stalking Yamato only to find out he’s going to hotels with other women.
The previous episode showed Saotome being recruited as a pilot for oblivion bay. How good will she be?
It is most likely that she will be piloting Maximus along with Kirishima, the girl she absolutely can’t stand. Will they be able to work together like Yamato and Ryugo?
Yamato has come to know that an alien was possessing Asuna’s body and trying to kill him. Will he find Arshem and her helper, who is posing as Hakamada sensei?

Episode 7 Recap
Asuna wakes up and realizes she’s in Yamato’s bed, and if that wasn’t weird enough, she sees that her clothes are all torn.
Asuna then tells Yamato that someone is hijacking her body and trying to kill Yamato. He’s left with no choice but to tell her the truth about the city.
Together they go off to find the alien hideout, which turns out to be a rundown hotel. Kiyoka is green with jealousy as she follows them.
Minami plans to use the androids that survived the invasion, and we’re incorporated into society to hasten the calculations needed to make Ixia fly. Oblivion Bay also recruits Kindaichi for his work on the Maximus.
On the other end, Saotome finds Akutagawa and tries to make friends with him.
She even tries to teach him self-defense to protect him from bullies, but she ends up berating him. This is how she realized that he was a service robot built for a stressed-out society.
Some guys from the government come to take him away to dispose of him. Saotome takes his hand and runs away after beating those agents up.
Kirishima is given back memories of her family dying. This fires her up even more to fight. Ibushi reluctantly takes her out to practice inside a mecha, but they suddenly get surrounded by Dractors. They are outnumbered, and Ibushi gets injured.
Reinforcements arrive, and they bring with them the newly made mecha, Maximus. Ibushi and Kirishima are instructed to get inside it in the middle of the ongoing battle, which they somehow manage to do.
Kirishima uses the multi-target missile to take out hundreds of dractors in a single blow.
Minami recruits Saotome for her combat skills, and Akutagawa goes off with a sad face because his only friend is going away. Minami then calls him and says she has a job for him in mind. What could it be?

Megaton Musashi is an anime project based on a game by the same name. Level 5 founder and president Akihiro Hino is credited as the anime’s chief director and original creator, and is also writing and supervising the anime’s scripts.
The story takes place after 90 percent of humanity wiped out due to an invasion. Survivors live in a shelter where their lives are monitored, and memories of the invasion erased.
Three teenagers from the shelter are chosen to pilot three machines that combine to form the Musashi robot, made out of a material named Megatronium alloy.
