Episode nine of the anime Megaton Musashi starts with Yamato shooting “black hunter” with his discussion blaster but doesn’t take any damage. Arshem tells him how to defeat it, and to his disbelief, it works.
To figure out what Arshem’s deal is, he asks Asuna to let him use her body one more time. This gets him a well-deserved slap in return. Ryugo, on the other hand, has been awfully quiet after he gets flashbacks of his birth mother.
Asuna is seen at Arshem’s place. Will she arrange for Arshem and Yamato to meet?
Episode 10 Speculations
Two new rogues have been introduced called “Sparkman” and “Gaudia.” Fans are eager to see these two mechas in action. Too bad Kirishima and Saotome have to share a rogue, but oh well.
In the end, Asuna is seen meeting Arshem in person. Will Yamato and Arshem get to talk and figure out a solution? Since Arshem’s mother, Crouzade, wants to wipe out the shelter with her on it, will Yamato come to everyone’s rescue?

Episode 9 Recap
The three rogues are swamped against a single dractor weapon called the “black hunter.” Even Musashi’s “diffusion blaster” can’t put a scratch on it.
Kirishima is worried about Amemiya and his handsome face getting hurt. This makes Saotome jealous. Arshem contacts Yamato in the middle of the battle, not the best time to call someone. Ryugo gets flashbacks of his birth mother and how cruel she was to him.
She tells him that the “black hunter” is made of special metal, and no attack can break through its armor. There is only one way to defeat it. There are three artificial control units, if they are damaged, “black hunter” will stop functioning.
Akutagawa tunes the attack systems with an ad jingle so that it can’t be hacked and”black hunter” is defeated. The dractor mothership retrieves the weapon and retreats.
Yamato is frustrated and confused that Arshem’s tip worked, so he decides to meet her. He asks Asuna to let him use her body, and she rightfully slaps him in front of people who now think he’s a pervert.
New rogues are introduced called “Sparkman” and “Gaudia.” Ryugo is informed that he will be piloting a rogue all by himself, but for some reason, he doesn’t seem happy.
He has been thinking about his mom all day and how he isn’t her real son. This revelation has turned his world upside down, and he decides to tell her the truth. She tells him she always knew but loved him anyway and wants to live as his mother.
The Sidr queen orders Grieffas to destroy the shelter with Arshem because she has betrayed her mother( and you thought your mom’s punishments were bad).

Megaton Musashi is an anime project based on a game by the same name. Level 5 founder and president Akihiro Hino is credited as the anime’s chief director and original creator, and is also writing and supervising the anime’s scripts.
The story takes place after 90 percent of humanity wiped out due to an invasion. Survivors live in a shelter where their lives are monitored, and memories of the invasion erased.
Three teenagers from the shelter are chosen to pilot three machines that combine to form the Musashi robot, made out of a material named Megatronium alloy.
