Milo has Iris kidnapped. We see that Mike tends to gravitate towards helping those who can’t help themselves and Milo takes advantage of this by using Iris. Milo is a sinister and extremely well connected criminal who puts tracking devices in women’s bodies to keep tabs on them.
It’s clear that he’s going to use Iris to get Mike to do his bidding. What does he want Mike to do in exchange for Iris’ safety? The murder of two FBI officials is likely to attract a lot of attention and possibly a full blown investigation. What was Milo’s strategy behind this?

A fight breaks out in the prison, ending in one of the inmates getting stabbed. The prison is immediately put into lockdown. The lockdown halts all the illegal operations in the prison and Mike begins to get pressured by the gangs to resolve the situation. Even Bunny warns him by saying that violence may spill out onto the streets if the lockdown is not revoked.
Milo orders one of his goons to violently attack Iris, thinking Mike will be more likely to help an injured woman. Mike finds the goon and beats him up but upon realizing he’s dealing with an extremely well connected criminal, he tries to get Iris into witness protection. Iris tells Mike about her traumatic history of abuse and how she’s been exploited by Milo. The FBI agent is dismissive and rude towards Iris and she’s told she doesn’t qualify for the program.
Milo agrees to a meeting with Mike. Mike speaks with another woman in Milo’s control, one who tells him that Milo puts tracking devices in the abdomens of the women he’s trafficking. Milo realizes he’s made a grave mistake and rushes back to his office, only to find Iris gone and a message on his wall written in blood saying “Every feather.”
