It’s amazing when an anime series is remade or a completed manga series gets adapted after a long time. For a series that has been in continuation for eight years, the surprise may not be as huge. But you have to agree that an anime adaptation is possible anytime for a manga series.
On Tuesday, Square Enix announced that ‘Tales of Wedding Rings’ – a manga series by Maybe, will get an anime adaptation.
The romantic fantasy will star Gen Sato and Akari Kito, who will voice Satou and Hime respectively. Akari Kito also voiced Hime in the VR comic version of Tale of Wedding Rings.

Tales of Wedding Rings was first published in Square Enix’s Monthly Big Gangan magazine in March 2014. As of today, twelve volumes have been released, with the thirteenth volume to be released this month.
Crunchyroll is publishing the manga in English online and Yen Press is publishing the manga in English physically.
