Management of Novice Alchemist is an upcoming anime series that will give you a harsh reality check. Why so? Because Sarasa, the protagonist, realizes immediately after graduation that she will have to live in a dilapidated house till her skills improve.
Nonetheless, she will not give up, and other than her pitiful condition, the manga really does its best to give you a relaxed slice-of-life story.
Shinmai Renkinjutsushi no Tenpo Keiei or Management of Novice Alchemist, a light novel by Mizuho Itsuki, is inspiring an anime series. Although release date and other details have not been released yet, I’m sure that the information will start pouring out soon.
No studio has been confirmed for the anime as well.
The light novel is a popular slice-of-life series and has even received a manga adaptation on the Comic Valkyrie website. Artist kirero illustrates the manga. Fantasia Bunko released the fifth volume of the novel on September 18, 2021.
Sarasa might have graduated from a royal alchemy school, but she too has to face how tough it is to make a living. Her dreams of being a famous alchemist becomes uncertain when she is faced with her residence that is located in a remote area and looks decrepit.
The situation really hits close to home, as I’m sure many of you would relate to her circumstances. Yet, Sarasa will do her best to live a relaxing life and make new friends while slowly leveling up her status and her home.

The anime focuses on Sarasa who has just graduated from a royal alchemist school. She receives a new shop as a gift from her master and immediately departs to set her life up in her own place.
Little did she know that the house is in a dilapidated condition where she will have to start her business from scratch.
