Recap of Episode 11
Ameri is shocked to find Jazz and Allocer eating demon noodles inside a tent and asks why they are there. They tell her that they had to forfeit from the festival. Ameri asks why and they begin to tell their story with horrified expressions on their faces.
Determined to win the festival, Jazz and Allocer were pumped up to collect more points. The main reason for their determination not to lose was Furfur, as they knew he would make fun of them otherwise.
Jazz says he hates people like Furfur the most while remembering his selfish older brother. Allocer asks him if his brother is that bad, and he tells him how much he hates him.
Suddenly, Jazz starts seeing his brother coming from all directions. He tries to be rational and calm himself since he knows this has to be a hallucination, but his brother’s taunting face is too much for him, and he tries to kick his face.
However, Orobas, another student, reveals himself as the illusion and blocks his kick. Since attacking a student directly is against the rules, he used his bloodline ability, Trauma, to incite Jazz on purpose.
Jazz and Allocer have to forfeit. While Jazz is getting dragged away, Allocer notes that Orobas is actually going after the students from Misfit class on purpose and tells his suspicions to Ameri. Ameri hopes Iruma comes out to be alright.
Meanwhile, Iruma and Lied reach the Husband and Wife stones at crossroads while solving the poem to get to the Legend Leaf. They are happy but realize there are too many places in the poem to search one by one. Iruma splits the poem and suggests they each look for half the clues. They decide to meet back again after investigating.
Iruma follows the clues and reaches an underground secret passage. As he heads inside, Ali comes out very excited to find the legendary seed. He also scolds Iruma for losing mana while playing with Clara earlier. Iruma apologizes and they head in deeper. They notice a weird smell coming from inside.
Iruma is shocked to find Naphula, a first-year student, stuck in what Ali called Nigi Nigi greens. They realize he was the source of the smell because of his bloodline ability which has prevented any beast from coming near him. Despite Ali’s initial protests, Iruma helps him out of the vines and they decide to look for the seed together.
Reaching an underground temple, they finally find the seed atop a stand but as Iruma takes it, they are attacked by a giant talking Egyptian statue who reveals himself to be Toto, a genie and guardian of the seed.
He tells them that there are only two ways for them to take the seed. They have to either defeat him in a battle or tell him something interesting that he has never heard before which can also move his heart.
He tells them as the guardian of the Seed of Beginnings, he can only give it to someone who is worthy and satisfy him with their knowledge. Iruma tries to tell him stories, survival techniques, and riddles from the netherworld but Toto already has all the knowledge of this world.
Naphula tries to tell him a joke through his body movements but it couldn’t make Toto laugh since he has read them too many times.
Iruma suddenly remembers the stories from the human world and asks him if he has heard of First Love Memories. Toto becomes thrilled since he hasn’t heard of it. With the help of Ali and Naphula, Iruma enacts many scenes from the popular Shoujo manga and his impassionate recreations move Toto.
As a token of his respect and Iruma’s knowledge, he gives the seed to Iruma and tells him he looks forward to seeing him win the Harvest Festival.
Iruma is flattered he liked the story but lets it slip that he would have loved to tell him the story up to the latest volume if he could. Hearing there is more to the story, Toto tries to take the seed back since he wants to know everything.
Iruma finds himself in a predicament as he doesn’t have enough time and tells so to Toto. Toto whips out his hellphone and asks Iruma to give him his phone number so that he can tell him the story later. Iruma is surprised he has a phone.
The legendary seed is now acquired!
