The teachers sit down to discuss the harvest festival in episode 8 of Mairimashita! Iruma-kun season 3. The episode is titled “Can I make 100 Friends? My Proud Disciples.”

Two separate events happened in this episode. We got to see why Picero and Gaap have such a deep friendship. Gaap wants to make a hundred friends, and because of this, he is always kind to everyone.

Episode 8 Recap

Gaap returns to his hideout after collecting some ingredients, only to find Picero surrounded by girls who are trying to decorate him. They all sit down, and we get to know that Picero built this castle with his magic power.

Gaap tells the ladies that they can stay there for the night. The ladies ask Picero what he thinks about Gaap. He finds Gaap a little annoying. We get a flashback where Gaap forces Picero to go to school with him.

Picero asks him the reason for all this. Gaap tells Picero that he wants to make 100 friends (Komi-san vibes). Gaap started to take care of Picero, and one day, Picero snapped at him for being too friendly.

Gaap returns with some tea. They hear screams outside. Picero tells Gaap not to go, but Gaap still goes out to help other students. We return to the flashback where Gaap appears again at Picero’s house the next day after Picero yells at him.

Picero realizes that Gaap fails to read other people’s minds. Gaap comes back with dozens of students, angering Picero. Furfur, Raim Vepar, and Mr. Hat sit together to enjoy some drinks.

Sullivan comes in with Bachiko, who is quite shy to be around so many well-renowned demons. All the teachers begin discussing their student’s progress and abilities.

Each of their pupils is performing extremely well. However, Raim, Vepar, and Mr. Hat have different opinions on who’s student is the best. They end up as rivals.

Sullivan gets frustrated as none are talking about Iruma. He turns on the television to see how he is performing. Everyone is surprised to see Iruma and Lead talking about love, even though they have zero points until the first night.

Lead tells Iruma not to expect anything from love. Furfur makes fun of Iruma, saying that Iruma won’t be able to make it past the festival. Bachiko snaps and gets angry at him and orders some alcohol as it is time to lecture them.

Everyone gets down to discuss their students. After a tiring first day, the students are taking a good night’s rest. However, there are still students like the Dorodoro brothers and Asmodeus who are fighting monsters instead of sleeping.
