Episode 7 Recap
Episode 7 of Lycoris Recoil is titled “Time will tell”.
While reaching for his phone, Mika orders Chisato to change the sign for the restaurant. Chisato happens to notice an anonymous text being sent to Mika’s phone as it comes across her line of vision.
Maki has been summoned to a fancy bar. Chisato persuades her employees to assist her in spying on the conference, fearing that Kusunoki intends to close down LycoReco.
Meanwhile, Robota gives Majima more information about Chisato, including her involvement in the mission that demolished the old Tokyo Tower.
Majima, the perpetrator of the incident, understands Chisato has defeated him.
He then attacks a police station in order to carry out Robota’s plan to breach the DA’s database. Fuki and Sakura reveal the surveillance tape that ultimately identifies Majima.
Chisato and the others then follow Mika to the high-end bar, where they discover he is meeting Yoshi.
Chisato decides to leave after realizing the meeting is a date because Mika is homosexual, but as she is leaving, she overhears their talk and discovers it was Yoshi who saved her life 10 years ago. She drops her cover and praises Yoshi, but he denies his role before departing.
Mika threatens Yoshi to leave Chisato alone, but he cannot bring himself to stop him.
Later, he apologizes to Chisato for concealing the truth from her. Chisato arrives at LycoReco, as usual, the next day, relieving Mika and Takina.
As the episode concludes, it is discovered that during his assault, Majima left a USB at the station, allowing Robota to hack DA’s database.
