After the Republic attacked the Kingdom, everybody rushed to fight back and start a war. The General is aware that Leo would quickly put an end to their troops and wants to avoid casualties if possible, so he approaches Fred.

Fred decides to take on Leo by himself and enters the enemy territory using magic. He quickly goes through their initial defenses and prepares for the final battle with their leader.

Fred gets a business visitor after the attack by the Republic as they discuss future steps. He suggests that the battle would be an easy victory if Leo would conveniently go missing. Fred is up to fight him alone since both Max and Yuria are not dependable.

Max walks into the room and immediately begins crying; Maou picks up his phone and sees that he lost 90,000 yen on gambling. She turns on the news, which announces the Kingdom’s decision to attack the Republic because of the terrorist attack.

A little kid shows up and asks Max to play badminton with him, but he gets easily defeated. She gives Maou the bat and says she wants to watch them play instead. They both start arguing about the war during the match, and a simple badminton match quickly turns into a legendary battle.

Fred asks the Royal Army to stay back while he invades alone, but the Captain tries to argue with him. He gets pissed, burns the Captain with his magic, and then launches his first attack on the Republic. He destroys the gate and then flies into the city using his firepower.

A drone flies into the Republic, follows Fred around, and livestreams everything. The entire Kingdom is in a panic, desperate to cover up Fred’s actions, but they can’t stop the livestream. The people behind the drone assumed Fred would destroy it immediately, but he quit caring.

He finally meets Leo waiting in the forest and asks Fred if he’s seen Max lately. They clear out the entire forest area so the drone can better view the battle. Fred uses Earth Magic to lift the land to a vast platform, and they prepare for their fight to the death.
