Lupin’s outstanding thievery skills are tested when Linfeng Wang introduces her security system Wangtic and challenges Lupin to bypass it.
Of course, the master trickster never lets any opportunity slide and manages to shut down Wangtic with the help of Jigen, Goemon, and Fujiko.
His next adventure takes place in Cotornica when he finds out that one of the country’s Congresswoman is Tomoe’s student. He intends on digging out more information on Tomoe because she seems to disappear from all of her students’ lives.
Hazel’s life, however, is being constantly monitored by the paparazzi. When she is spotted with Lupin, rumors of a scandal flood the news, attracting Zenigata and his team to Cotornica.
Things take a weird turn when Hazel is found dead, and Zenigata is framed for her murder. How will Zenigata prove his innocence? We’ll find out in the next episode.
Episode 19 Speculation
In the next episode, we’ll see Zenigata being arrested on murder charges while the truth remains shrouded in darkness. He can’t get out of prison with Lupin’s help, so his team might work with Lupin to prove his innocence.
The real culprits behind Hazel’s murder seem to be motivated politically, and it looks like many dark secrets will come out once Lupin starts looking into it. Also, since Mattea is in town, she might play an essential role in uncovering the truth.
