Lupin III Part 6 Episode 11: Release Date, Speculation, Watch Online

Episode 10 of Lupin III, Part 6, titled “Darwin’s Bird,” is the latest installment of the anime.

This episode was experimental and quite strange because it took somewhat of a supernatural turn. Fujiko meets up with a potential client, who is possibly archangel Michael. He asks Fujiko to steal an old fossil for his lord because he simply wants back something that fell from heaven.

This “something” is likely a reference to Lucifer as Fujiko considers this a possibility. She gets stuck in a time loop where Michael disguised as Lupin hints that she indeed was right about him.

Fujiko refuses to accept this job because she thinks that an assignment from God himself is too heavy for her. Will Fujiko encounter something as bizarre as this again? Keep watching to find out.

Episode 11 Speculation

In the next episode, this season’s main storyline will resume as Sherlock Holmes is back and more determined than ever.

The mystery surrounding the Raven will be the episode’s focus, and it’ll be exciting to see if Holmes cracks the mystery before anyone else.

The race between Sherlock and Lupin is on once again.

Episode 10 Recap

The episode opens inside the British Natural Museum’s ‘birds’ section, where a woman walks around, examining her surroundings. After her inspection, she exits the building and joins a man in his car, who asks her about ‘the bird.’

They then make their way to a mansion filled with all sorts of exquisite birds. We find out that the lady is none other than Fujiko herself, and the man identifies himself as Michael. He asks her to steal a rare fossil from the museum.

He explains the history of the fossil to her, telling her that the specimen was discovered in Germany in the year 1861. Coincidently, this discovery was made after Charles Darwin published his research on the origin of species.

Michael expresses how he believes that the fossil might be fake because there have been many “coincidences” like this one throughout history. He says how these discoveries are sometimes tools for solidifying certain findings.

Despite the possibility of the fossil being fake, Michael tells Fujiko that his employer wants her to steal it for them.

We then cut to Fujiko, Lupin, and Jigen planning their heist outside the museum. Jigen denies working with them, stating that he doesn’t work for clients who are too anxious to reveal themselves.

Lupin and Fujiko decide to go ahead with their plan, and Fujiko breaks in, disguised as the museum staff. After everyone leaves, she starts snooping around, with Lupin closely following her.

When the duo finally reaches the main exhibit, Lupin tells her that the actual fossil isn’t the one they’re looking at. He steps closer to another wall and pushes a button to reveal that the wall was fake and the real fossil was concealed behind it.

The original fossil is much larger and looks magnificent. Lupin suddenly changes his demeanor and tells Fujiko that his lord’s desire is simple. He merely wants to recover what fell from Heaven to Earth after incurring his indignation. It seems as though it wasn’t Lupin but Michael, who was with Fujiko the whole time.

Taken aback, Fujiko wonders if he is referring to the fallen angel Lucifer and then notices large wings and a human-like bone structure in the fossil.

This leads us back to the opening scene once again, where Fujiko is exploring the museum once again. She heads out to Michael’s car, and he asks her if she wants to take up his offer. Fujiko declines his request, saying that taking on a job from God is too heavy, and exits the car.
