Reggie is in custody after he kills Teddy Garcia’s wife, which only strengthens the politician’s resolve to take down the KO gang. He’s offered a deal in exchange for information on higher-ups in the gang but he refuses to talk.
When Stabler reveals himself to Reggie, he lunges at him, furious at the betrayal. Stabler tells him the people he considers family never had his best interests at heart either. They set him up to get caught. Meanwhile, Eddie Wagner’s actual son is in protective custody.
After meeting his mother, Reggie is worried about who will take care of her when he goes to jail. Brewster assures him that both of them will be put in witness protection. Stabler goes back undercover as Eddie Wagner and records a conversation of them saying they want Reggie dead. When Reggie hears the conversation, he agrees to give a statement.
Reggie’s mother gives the Kostas a heads up and they escape before the task force has a chance to arrest them. Reggie is shocked at his own mother selling him out.
