Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear Punch! Will Premiere on April 3

The adventures of Yuna and Fina will continue in the new season of Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear. While it was announced two years ago, it was only in November that we got a spring release window and a trailer for the new season.

On Wednesday, the production staff for the anime series announced on the official website and Twitter that the new season will premiere on April 3. The title for the second season is Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear Punch!.

The cast from the first season will return for Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear Punch!, including Maki Kawase as Yuna and Azumi Waki as Fina. EMT Squared will be the producing studio, with Yuu Nobuta returning as the director.

About Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear

Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear is a light novel written by Kumanano and illustrated by 029. It began serialization in 2014 until it was acquired by Shufu to Seikatsu Sha and was released in 2015 under their PASH! Books imprint. It received two manga adaptations and an anime adaptation in 2020.

The story begins with Yuna, a girl who is sucked into the world of her favorite VRMMO game. When she dons the costume of a bear, she receives OP powers. Yuna finds the outfit embarrassing, but she wears it, unable to reject its cuteness.

After Yuna gets isekaid, she finds that she actually loves the new and adventurous life that the suit brings.
