Knock, Knock – All Endings in “No, I’m Not a Human”

In a game where the world is ending due to a catastrophic exploding sun, “visitors” crawl out from the ground, and every person coming to your door for refuge is suspicious, what turn will your wheel of fate take?

In “No, I’m Not a Human”, your choices can lead to one of six possible endings. As this is the demo version, the lack of cutscenes makes it difficult to distinguish between endings. The outcome of your choices will simply be displayed as a text on a black screen.

Your decisions regarding the mysterious guests in “No I’m Not a Human” determine the protagonist’s fate.

Whether you let them in, kill them, or turn them away, the core ending remains the same: the protagonist seals themselves indoors, desperate for the nightmare to end.

However, the presence and actions of the “visitors” you’ve interacted with alter the second half of the ending, revealing the consequences of your attempts to keep them at bay.

Here are the six endings and how to achieve them in “No, I’m not Human”, starting from the worst to best. Here is a list of visitors and humans for further reference.

VisitorsHumans
Homeless woman (lifted shoulder)
Cold woman (wearing a jacket)
Man wearing Amogus T-shirt
Man in Suit
Bearded man (plaid jacket)
Yellow shirt woman (hates FEMA)
Tall man (white shirt)
Widow (carrying corpse)
Surgeon (old doctor)
Stained t-shirt Guy (wants beer)
Little Girl (the neighbor’s daughter from the beginning of the game)

i. Worst Ending

The Worst Ending is achieved by finishing the game with more than three visitors in the house. You can either deny entry to the humans or allow everyone in. With multiple visitors present, they will inevitably kill a human guest.

This will leave mostly “visitors” in the house, including the homeless woman, cold woman, and several others. As the last human in a house overrun by visitors, your fate is sealed.

The protagonist’s body is brutally mutilated by the visitors, meeting a gruesome end within 24 hours of isolating themselves. The visitors eerily refer to this as a “gift”.

ii. Bad Ending

To unlock this ending, simply tell the visitor that you’re alone, whether it’s true or not. This can be done with or without guests present in the house. Regardless, the visitor will lure you out of the safety of your home and into the unknown wilderness.

The fate of the protagonist remains uncertain, but it’s implied that they met a tragic end. The house is left abandoned, with neighbors too fearful to enter.

iii. Neutral Ending

To achieve the Neutral Ending in “No, I’m Not a Human”, you must kill both visitors and humans alike. Be cautious not to kill everyone, as the topless visitor will intervene if you’re left alone, regardless of your answer to his question.

Aim to eliminate over 50% of the guests. One approach is to let everyone in, then kill 4 visitors and 2 humans. This ending reveals that, regardless of who remains in the house, the surviving guests will ultimately force you out, fearing you’ll turn the shotgun on them.

The protagonist tragically succumbs to the scorching sun’s deadly rays outside.

iv. Good Ending

The “Peace of Mind” ending requires a strategic approach. To achieve this ending, you must kill at least two visitors. Then, from night four onwards, ensure you only admit humans and turn away visitors.

Since FEMA’s actions are unpredictable, it’s crucial to maintain a strictly human presence in the house after killing the two visitors. By doing so, you successfully protect your human guests by either sending away or eliminating all visitors.

Ultimately, you and your fellow humans work together to secure the house, boarding up windows and doors, and finding solace in knowing you’re safe from the catastrophe outside.

v. Best Ending

To achieve the Best Ending, let all humans in and deny entry to every single visitor. This means turning away each visitor who knocks on the door.

Note that FEMA will inevitably take two people, so ensure you’ve followed the correct steps to secure the “Keen Eye” ending. By doing so, you’ll end up with four humans, including yourself, on the final night.

vi. Speedrun Ending

To unlock this unique ending, attempt to complete the game as quickly as possible by skipping dialogue and rushing to the final night. The speedrun ending supersedes any other ending you may have achieved, poking fun at your hasty playthrough.

And that’s it! We hope this guide helped you navigate the game’s complex choices and unlock the various endings. Remember, the true horror lies in the unknown, so take your time to appreciate the game’s eerie atmosphere and story.
