Episode 21 Preview & Speculation
Li Mu’s trick to make good use of the darkness and overwork the enemy soldiers throughout the night was brilliant. It was something we didn’t expect from him.
In the previous episode, the Zhao Army Brigade Commander, Fu Di, revealed that some of their troops hadn’t reached the battlefield yet.
The troops might not be there before 3-4 days, which means the Qin generals still stand a chance against the Zhaos.
The next episode will continue the Xin vs. Fu Di’s face off. At the end of the episode, Xin took Qiang Lei’s name and looked like he planned something in his mind.

Episode 20 Recap
As the first day of the battle starts, soldiers of both sides do their best through battle. Fu Di marches towards the south wall claiming he will take Xin down, but Hai Yin stops him and reveals that the south wall is not their target.
On the east wall of the Zui castle, Meng Yi notices that since the flow of wind is not syncing with shooting the arrows, Li Mu has concentrated most of his troops there. Liao Diao saw through his tricks and placed Lord Biao’s troops to the east wall.
Due to still feeling deep anguish and intense fury from having lost their lord, the troops fight furiously with the enemies over the east wall. Meanwhile, Li Mu Army’s adjutant, Jin Chengchang, also commands to send their elite troops.
The first day of the battle ends, and the soldiers of both sides return to their camps. Suddenly, at midnight, Li Mu’s troops start to attack again. Thankfully, Liao Diao had already predicted something like this and got plenty of troops ready on the castle walls.
Unable to see the total number of the enemy troops, the Qin soldiers keep shooting the arrows throughout the night. When the sun rose, Liao Biao realized that they were set up as there were only a few enemy troops.
Liao Diao commands everyone to rest until sunrise, but the sun rises within a few minutes. Li Mu’s troops, who were guarding the whole night, swap with the other troops while all of the Qin soldiers are exhausted from being awake all night.
Kaine and Fu Di wake up and head to the east wall where Commander Long Chuan is guarding. With defeating Xin in his mind, Fu Di steps forward and slashes Long Chuan in one swing. Just when he is about to cut his head, Xin arrives and attacks him.
Xin struggles to keep up with Fu Di’s insane speed and gets injured. He keeps going and wonders if his opponent might even be a match for Qiang Lei when it comes to speed. Suddenly an idea strikes his mind.
