The chapters are getting crazier and bloodier with every passing week. It was a great chapter. Although in some instances, it looked like the writer was giving some characters a lot of plot armor, it still worked out to be great.

They debate about who is right and who is wrong. Futei orders his subordinates to attack Koku’Ou. She gets wounded and loses her bow but stays on her horse. Kanki’s army’s focus shifts towards saving Kanki.

Zenou marches ahead toward Riboku. Bafuuji enters his way and tries to slice him, but Zenou stops his sword with his bare hands. He throws his huge weapon at Bafuuji. Bafuuji is badly injured but still decides to keep moving.

Both sides roar at each other and march ahead as Bafuuji claims that they will be the victorious ones. The forces have a brutal clash. Riboku’s army gets hellbent on saving him. They sacrifice their lives without even a bit of hesitation.

Kanki finds their dedication foolish and laughable. He calls them insane and makes fun of Riboku for using his clan members as shields for himself. Riboku tells Kanki that he lacks a greater cause to fight, and that is the protection of his civilians.

Kanki laughs at this claim as he thinks everyone whom Riboki is trying to save is trash. Riboku tries to reason with Kanki, but Kanki wants Riboku to die. Suddenly a loud ruckus is created on the battlefield. Shin gets worried that something bad has happened to Kanki.
