Sei cannot send reinforcement to Sekirei in chapter 738 of Kingdom.

It was an intense chapter with lots of tension everywhere. Everyone underestimated Riboku they all fell into his trap. Now it is hard for Sei and Ousen to do anything to provide aid to Kanki.

Shin also has lost Sekirei, but he refuses to back down. He wants to stay back until reinforcement arrives. Things look dire for the Qin empire. Riboku stands tall with determination in his eyes to take down Kanki no matter the cost.

1. Chapter 739 Discussion

Riboku will move ahead to take Kanki’s head. He has blocked all roads to let Qin send any reinforcement to Kanki. Kanki seems to be in a tough situation, but we don’t still know what he is doing or what he is thinking right now.

I think we will get to see Kanki in the next chapter. The arc is at an interesting turn of events, with the situation getting out of hand for Qin, Shin, and Sei. Let’s see if they can devise a strategy to stop the genius Riboku.

Zhao has put up their flag on Sekirei. Ten had sent out some men to give her a signal to know the status of Sekirei. Ten tells everyone that there is still some hope and they should not back up.

Shin is ready to fight until the backup from HQ arrives. At the Qin capital, Kanyou, the officials cannot get the status of Kanki’s army. They are not able to get any information from Sekirei.

Sei feels bad about all this and thinks Riboku is behind all this. Shouheikun agrees and adds to it, stating that they have lost half of their army at Atsuyo and Roumou before they can head to Gian. He thinks that they have all fallen into Riboku’s trap already, thanks to his underestimating Riboku.

Sei wants to send reinforcement to aid Kanki, but Kaioku tells him that it is impossible now. They need at least 100K men right now if they have to fight against Riboku.

A messenger has been sent to Ousen to reinforce Kanki if they get in some trouble. They get suspicious as Ousen has still not sent any help for Kanki, making them believe that he can’t track Kanki’s movements.

Sei allows Rishi to send another messenger and gather an army to deploy immediately. He tells Shoubunkun to send a messenger to Taigen. At Atsuyo, Ousen still can’t get any information about Kanki’s army.

Ousen hasn’t sent any reinforcement till now because if they had to send any, they would have to strike Roumou first. The depth of strategy deployed over northern Zhao is deeper than it looks. Even Ousen admits to having underestimated Riboku.

Riboku’s messenger report to him about Kanki’s army’s status. Despite Kanki’s army being a mess, Riboku still doesn’t want to underestimate Kanki. Riboku says that Kanki uses strategies, Riboku can never use.

He has learned that Kanki needs to die no matter what it costs. Zhao has united under a common goal of slaughtering that man. Kanki’s death will bring immeasurable problems for Qin.

Riboku thinks that he will change the spirit of Zhao and Qin with this battle, and Kanki’s head will be an offering to that accomplishment.
