5. Chapter 736 Recap

The Qin gathered and organized their army in order to prevent Sekirei’s invasion. Kanki’s soldiers gather around Heki and offer their help through the number of people they have with them.

Heki tells everyone to keep their morale high. If they do well, even Kanki will notice them and come there. While they are all preparing, one of the soldiers vomits and falls down.

Some other soldiers make fun of him, but slowly, even they start to vomit and fall down. Each and every soldier meets the same fate. A soldier comes up to Heki on a horse and announces that soldiers all around have died after throwing up.

Heki suspects that poison is the only way this can happen. He also thinks that if there is something in Sekirei’s water, everyone will meet the same fate. At last, the soldiers around him also throw up and die.

Heki is also about to fall when the elders of Zhao show up, and they reveal that they are the ones who added poison to the water. They do this to protect their land and don’t trust either Qin or Kanki. Heki dies as well.

The Zhao soldiers enter Sekirei and are amazed by the sight of dead soldiers everywhere. The captain orders his men not to kill the ones alive and send them to prison.

At the Riboku main base, the news about Sekirei is broken out. Futei tells Kaine that the one who ordered to execution of the plan brought up by Shunsuiju was Riboku. Riboku orders his army to move for Gian, as all that is left is to take Kanki’s head.
