Kingdom Chapter 658: Release Date, Discussions and Delay

With Moubu having a hard time fighting against Man-U and Sentoun army closing into Wei’s HQ, things didn’t look good for Wei and Qin army.

But, Generals’ wise and timely decision of sending some army back to block Sentou army and Gohomei’s order for Ryuuhan to turn around to increase defense proved to be of good omen.

Towards the end of the chapter, Wei’s army’s startling arrival at Juuko has left the readers intimidated.

1. Chapter 658 Discussion and Predictions

The last page of the chapter was the most unpredicted one and intriguing of the whole read. Wei’s army comes slicing through the peace and calm that Juuko was savoring.

But since Jukou’s army was also retreating to Juuko, we didn’t get a clear picture of whether their army clashed with Wei’s army and Wei’s army broke through or was Wei’s army quicker on their toes.

Another possibility is that Wei HQ sent an army around the battle ambushing Jukou, way before.

The latter seems to be more probable amongst the bunch. We may see in the next chapter, who was the mastermind behind this invasion and what route did the Wei army take to reach Jukou unscathed. (or did they?)

We’ll have to wait for the next chapter that contains the answers to all these prompting questions.

5. Kingdom Chapter 658 Recap

The chapter picks off where it left the last chapter, with Mouba knocked off his horse. His horse, to soldiers’ surprise, knocks on his shoulders trying to pick him up.

Mouba rises and climbs his horse roaring, declaring that he will come out victorious, be it Man-u or Kanmei.

Man-u seemed thrilled with this development and tried to provoke him, saying that he’s carrying too much burden on his shoulders and that he will voluntarily destroy that burden off his shoulder, which rages Mouba and deals Man-U a deadly blow.

Back near the Wei’s HQ, where Sentoun was closing in, he found himself and his army surrounded by Ryuuhan and Rukuomi’s army.

Qin army barges towards Juko’ ou, which left him questioning since when Wei and Qin were on this good term and Juko decided to retreat to Juuko.

On the last page of the chapter, we see Wei’s Army invading Juuko defense and leaving the soldiers at Juuko awestruck.
